INGREDIENTS
1 cup tomato sauce or ketchup
1/2 cup Activated Apple Cider Vinegar
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 garlic cloves, crushed
STEPS
Place all ingredients in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to medium-low.
Simmer, uncovered and stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until thickened.
Season.
NOTE:
Store BBQ sauce in the fridge for up to 7 days.
Freeze flat in ziplock bag for up to 6 months.
