Guacamole, meet Sichuan. This is not your average avocado dip. In this east-meets-west creation, the buttery richness of ripe avocado is elevated with the mouth-tingling spice of Sichuan peppercorns and a splash of smoky chilli oil.
The result? A flavour-packed dip that’s creamy, spicy, slightly numbing, and entirely irresistible.
Inspired by the vibrant flavours of Sichuan cuisine, this guacamole brings a bold twist to a beloved classic. It’s perfect as a conversation-starting appetiser!
