You’re most welcome. It is a common misconception, but never too late to make a positive change :) plastic lid is considerably safer as it is not in direct contact with food.
Does this include the plastic containers sold specifically for the microwave?
It does unfortunately, they are OK for non oil/fat food but once the temperature is over 100 Celsius it becomes risky
